About the event
Tibetan Crystal bowls and gongs were used for centuries to create feelings of peace, relaxation and to deepen meditation. They also balance both hemispheres of the brain, improve sleep and help with pain management.
Everyone is welcome.
Please bring a mat and a blanket if you would like to lie down. There are chairs available. It can be 3-5 degrees cooler than in Brisbane.
You are welcome to arrive earlier for a stroll through the garden and to settle in with a cup of tea.
