Crystal singing bowls
Tibetan Crystal Bowls - A Gateway to Stillness and Renewal
There is a sound that doesn’t just fill the room—it fills your soul.
The Tibetan crystal bowls, with their luminous tones and pure resonance, are more than instruments; they are vessels of healing, clarity, and peace.
Each note they sing is a gentle invitation to pause… to breathe… to come home to yourself.

In our fast-paced world - where the noise outside often becomes the noise within - these bowls offer a sanctuary of sound. Their tones move slowly, deeply, and intentionally, reaching places words cannot touch. As they vibrate through the air and the body, they invite the nervous system to relax, the heart to open, and the mind to let go.

Whether you're in your twenties navigating change, or in your seventies cultivating peace and reflection, these healing sounds meet you exactly where you are. There is no right way to receive—only a willingness to be still and allow the music to do its quiet work.
Some feel a lightness in their chest. Others release tears they've carried for years. Many simply rest in a silence they haven’t felt in a long, long time.
The crystal bowls are not here to fix you. They’re here to remind you that you were never broken. To awaken the deep intelligence of your own body, your own spirit, your own path.

Let the bowls sing to your soul the song it’s been waiting to hear.

Crystal lyre
Crystal Lyre - The Voice of Light

The crystal lyres are some of the most ethereal instruments in my collection—crafted from pure quartz crystal and tuned to the 432 Hz and ancient Solfeggio frequencies, known for their deeply healing and transformative qualities.

Each note played on these luminous instruments carries both sound and vibration, gently washing through the body and energy field. The tones are bell-like, clear, and deeply resonant—offering more than just music; they offer a vibrational experience that can be felt on a cellular level.

The larger lyre arrived from Russia on my birthday! The world's first Alchemical Rainbow Crystal Lyre with silver ions. It is tuned in accordance with the chakras. Its sounds harmonise the human body and help the fine balancing of its centres. It was custom tuned to 432 Hz, which is considered a healing frequency for the body.
The smaller crystal lyre is tuned to the ancient, lost and recently discovered Solfeggio Frequencies. Gregorian chants were written on that scale.

The many benefits of Solfeggio Frequencies:

-
396 Hz – Liberates fear and guilt
-
417 Hz – Facilitates change and eases past trauma
-
528 Hz – Promotes healing and DNA repair
-
639 Hz – Enhances relationships and communication
-
741 Hz – Aids in detox and solving problems
-
852 Hz – Awakens intuition and spiritual awareness
-
963 Hz – Activates the pineal gland, and connects to the divine

The sound is very angelic like. Clients often describe its sound as deeply soothing, meditative, and spiritually uplifting. I am so looking forward to playing it for you!

Waterfall Drum
Waterfall Drum the Sound of Flow
The waterfall drum carries the voice of moving water—soft, steady, and cleansing. Its rhythm is a river of release, washing through the space with a gentle invitation to let go.

Each ripple of sound mimics nature’s own rhythm: the hush of rain, the whisper of a stream, the sacred stillness that follows. Played in ceremony or sound journey, it becomes a current that guides the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and the spirit to return to flow.

It is a sound that doesn’t rush—it remembers.
It reminds us how to surrender.
How to drift, not force.
How to be carried, not burdened.
The waterfall drum is more than percussion—it’s poetry in motion, a quiet guide back to presence and peace.

Rain stick
Rain Stick the Gentle Soothing Melody
I was gifted this beautiful Rain Stick. The sound is out of this world.
This is from the Tribal Instruments Australia website: "Rain Sticks are made with a combination of nature and magic. I find a suitable bush stick, then sand and polish it, and decorate the ends with a base metal. This helps to act as a lightning conductor.
The Stick is then soaked in a special watery gel concoction for up to six months. Then, on a dark and stormy night, I take the prepared Stick to the top of Mount Feta, the tallest mountain around, just above Blue Vein Creek. In a ceremony, it is buried in the earth – metal end exposed to the heavens.
Playing the drums and calling the gods and goddesses to send magic and charge the sticks. Eventually they do.

Lightning bursts from the sky like electric fingers touching the head of the Stick. Because it is buried in the cool earth it cannot explode, and instead the intense heat causes the interior of the Stick to crystallise and disintegrate into sticky rain crystals that will never dry out and will imitate the sound of gently falling rain forever. And that is how the Tribal Instruments Rain Sticks are made, really!"

Listening to a rain stick is more than a sensory experience - it’s a return. A return to nature. To the breath. To the present moment. It speaks to something primal, a memory older than words, when rain meant renewal and sound meant connection. It's like water for the soul - gently clearing, gently nourishing.

Gong
The Gong – A Symphony of Transformation

The gong is a primal voice that stirs the very fabric of the universe. Its deep, resonant tones echo the vastness of creation—like a cosmic heartbeat, the sound ripples outward, touching every corner of your being.

When struck, the gong’s vibrations travel through time and space, awakening dormant energies and dissolving the old, making way for the new. It is a sound that clears the path, releasing blockages in the body, mind, and spirit, allowing for profound healing to take place.

With its vast spectrum of tones—high and low, light and dark—the gong invites the listener into a state of deep surrender, where the boundaries between the self and the universe begin to blur. It is a sound that can help break through mental chatter, quiet the storm of thoughts, and restore balance to the nervous system.

In the gong’s resonant embrace, the inner world softens, and the outer world fades away. It is a call to reconnect, to remember your essence, and to flow with the natural rhythms of life once again.

The sound of the gong is like universal OM. It reminds us of that universal connection that we all have. Let the gong guide you beyond time, beyond space—into the space where transformation occurs. Here, healing is not a journey, but a return.

Rattles
Rattles the Energy Movers & Shakers
In the world of sound healing, the rattle is often underestimated - but its medicine is powerful, ancient, and deeply transformative.

With every shake, the rattle becomes a voice of the Earth—raw, primal, and alive. Its sound doesn’t just fill the air; it moves through space like a sweeping wind, stirring what has settled, breaking up what no longer serves, and awakening what has long been asleep.

Rattles are tools of activation. Their rhythmic pulse shakes energy loose—clearing emotional blockages, disrupting stagnant thought patterns, and calling the spirit back into alignment. Where heaviness lingers, the rattle dances. Where stillness turns to stuckness, it flows.

Used in rituals and healing practices across cultures for thousands of years, rattles are not merely instruments—they are extensions of the healer’s hand and heart. They guide energy through the body, cleanse the aura, and create sacred space. Their sound is both grounding and liberating, connecting us to the roots below and the sky above.

Rattles invite us to participate, to move, to engage. They wake up the body. They stir the soul. In a sound bath or a shamanic journey, they remind us: healing is not always quiet. Sometimes it’s rhythm. Sometimes it’s wild. Sometimes it’s the echo of seeds and stones shaking in sacred containers - calling us back to our wholeness.

When you listen to a rattle, listen with more than your ears. Listen with your bones. Listen with your breath. Feel how the sound reaches inside you, not to disturb, but to liberate.

In the rattle’s rhythm, we remember: we are not stuck, we are shifting.

I am very passionate about rattles and I have 7 of them with different colours and crystals. They are made with the phases of the Moon - on Full and New Moons. We offer regular Rattle Making Workshops.
Koshi Wind Сhimes
Koshi Windchimes - the Magical Fairy Sounds
The Koshi Wind Chime is an authentic musical instrument, an original creation of high quality. Hand made at the foot of the Pyrenees mountains; each chime is the result of meticulous craftsmanship. The inventor of the Koshi Chime is Kabir, an artist and musician from Europe. From many years of experimenting, he has learnt how to make wind chimes that are beautiful aesthetically and melodically.

The Koshi chimes resonance tube is made from bamboo veneer as it is much stronger than the natural bamboo. Being made with thin layers of bamboo produces a very high acoustic quality. Also, a new tuning technique has been developed to give the sound even more depth and enrich the harmonics.

Eight notes (metal rods) are welded with silver to a base plate inside the resonance tube. Precisely tuned, the notes combine and create a dance of clear tones that is rich in overtones. The overtones of the shorter notes (rods) eventually dominate and become the fundamentals, thereby forming a circular tonal range.
